The admin portal
Association administrators get a dedicated portal at /admin with:
- Overview — member count, pending invites, average readiness score across members, score lift since joining, and recent activity
- Member roster — every member business with its vertical, location, latest readiness score, and document count
- Readiness report — the score distribution across your membership, members at risk (low or no score), and a breakdown by trade
Administrators see member-level readiness — never member documents or financials. Each business's data stays its own.
Inviting members
From the portal, import your member roster (business name, contact email, trade) and send invites in bulk. Each member gets a personalized signup link that connects their new account to your association automatically.
