How does the Association Partner license work?+
We white-label a Successio instance under your association's brand. Your members access it as a member benefit, and you get an admin dashboard showing aggregate readiness metrics across your membership. Pricing scales with member count — contact us for a custom quote.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?+
You have 90 days after cancellation to export your full document vault and generated profiles. We never delete data without notice.
How does Successio connect to Communis for worker co-op transitions?+
Successio prepares the business for sale. Communis enables workers or community members to acquire it as a cooperative. From your Business Profile, one click routes eligible deals into the Communis acquisition pathway — connecting sellers directly to co-op development resources and CDFI financing.

The transaction fee applies only when a buyer connects with you through Successio — via a shared profile link, a trade association referral, or our buyer network. If you already know your buyer, there's no fee. Payment is processed at closing via Stripe Connect — funds are released to you automatically after the platform fee is deducted.
Transaction fees are separate from your monthly subscription.
