Importing from Dropbox, Google Drive & OneDrive

Pull documents straight from your cloud storage without downloading and re-uploading.

If your records already live in a cloud drive, you can import them directly from the Upload page — no downloading to your computer first.

Supported services

  • Dropbox
  • Google Drive (including Google Docs and Sheets, which convert to PDF/Excel automatically)
  • OneDrive and SharePoint

How it works

  1. On the Upload page, choose the service's button under the upload zone.
  2. The service's own file picker opens — you sign in with the service directly. Successio never sees your cloud password; the picker hands over access to only the specific files you choose.
  3. Select up to 25 files (100 MB each) and confirm. They import server-side and enter the normal processing pipeline.

Notes

  • Google-native files (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings) are exported to standard formats on the way in — a Google Sheet arrives as an Excel file, a Doc as a PDF.
  • Imports show up in the Vault with the same statuses as regular uploads.
  • Nothing stays connected afterward: each import is a one-time grant, not a standing link to your drive.
